A centralized control system can ignore activities in layer hierarchy components

The centralized control in systems integration focuses on activities in operational components; however, parameters associated with delegation of decision making do not activate for an interactive control of layer hierarchy components. System owner does not articulate global control structure on behalf of activity control of layer hierarchy components in centralized model. In terms of mutual trust and confidence between system owner and layer hierarchy components, control system parameters entangle on global variables. Constraint parameters on control system cause complexities on component environments because system owner does not have holistic view on activities in layer hierarchy components. Complexities in a single component can modify entire integrated systems and associated networks.

The range of spatial analysis in biological nature and gesture tracks are between the naive mode and the cynical mode. System owner boosts mutual relationship with layer hierarchy components when range of spatial analysis adjusts with centralized control parameters.
