A Capital Loss Due to Low Optimizations

Many systems optimize projects and various layers phase by phase for a very long period because multi-particle invisible entity processes are entangled in Global Variables.
Systems Owners expect to have a capital loss during some operational issues. Errors were tested within local variables and improved through various functions. However, errors may occur again because changes in local variables require changes in Global variables.

Competence Criteria to Articulate Global Variables

System designers who create Global Variables need to have competence criteria according to the following:
1- Having good knowledge of Universal Variables.
2- Having a good perception of System Resources.
3- Having a good awareness of System Development.
4- Having a good comprehension of System Operation.
5- Having good knowledge of Internal and External System Environments.
6- Having a cornerstone of all Activities and Routines in the System.
Observation:
Skillful System Designers may hardly fulfill the above criteria; therefore, System Platforms with perfect status can encapsulate, convey, and process invisible entities in System Resources.
Observation:
The optical society is devoted to developing stabilities and producing optimal life history patterns among inhabitants (System Resources).

Social Hypocrisy and Intangible Factors in Decisions

Social Hypocrisy can obstruct distinct basic instincts and hold them in starvation modes. Therefore, instinct deprivations cause and create ...
