Side-effects of Layoff in the Social System

A new vision and strategy model to cut down resources for increasing productivity in system development can perpetuate and vibrate invisible entities that proliferate throughout the system platform. The extreme complexity of multi-channel communications with subsystems can cause the system platform to halt or operate ineffectively. However, system optimization can address specific issues and promote activities in the short term. The diversification of invisible entities complicates the recovery process and numerical optimization algorithms. It is impractical to tackle hidden issues and simultaneously increase profits when complex operations are delegated to subcomponents.
A straightforward solution to reducing complexity involves modifying global variables and reorganizing the system at the macro level, which can take much work. Downsizing may be an option for a homogeneous system, but the potential consequences, such as mass layoffs, can lead to unhealthy behavior patterns among internal and external environments. System owners often resort to dogmatic structures within social mechanisms and system platforms, as layoff procedures and structural adjustments are easy and inexpensive to implement.
The system platform struggles to respond to internal and external pressures when invisible entities expand throughout the system, akin to a sprawling society. Political activists could revive the system platform by optimizing subcomponents and eliminating corrupt entities. However, setting realistic optimization goals and establishing a new pattern of activities across system environments is a significant challenge.
System designers might freeze outdated rules and parameters, including global variables, and adopt new ethical guidelines based on previous unethical parameters. Despite these improvements, many invisible threads continue integrating new and old parameter concepts, causing the system platform to exhibit the same issues. Eliminating all outdated parameters is hardly feasible due to the high costs of system improvement. Rebuilding and standardizing the system for short-term missions offers little chance of success. Some developers argue that eradicating all corrupt component processes is the best resolution for optimal system performance.

Observation:
The technical aspects of an apocalypse highlight how the inherent characteristics of human nature can lead to turmoil on Earth. This upheaval might enable social mechanisms to function more effectively by eradicating outdated social concepts and reprogramming subconscious process models. Many issues in our current social structure stem from these inherent characteristics of human nature rather than just social constructions because our life theory models are established and grow based on the conscious mind.
