2- Having a good perception of System Resources.
3- Having a good awareness of System Development.
4- Having a good comprehension of System Operation.
5- Having good knowledge of Internal and External System Environments.
6- Having a cornerstone of all Activities and Routines in the System.
Observation:
Skillful System Designers may hardly fulfill the above
criteria; therefore, System Platforms with perfect status can encapsulate,
convey, and process invisible entities in System Resources.
