Age/Gender sets the effect to modify perceptions of Social Behavior in system environments. The Social Accountability Assessments can be based on Age and Gender among system elements.

Observation:
Complexity may activate in the system framework when the System Owner focuses on economic perspectives, and the vital age and gender roles might be eliminated associated with cost-effectiveness.
