Competence Criteria to Articulate Global Variables

System designers who create global variables need to meet the following competence criteria:
  1. Possessing knowledge of universal variables.
  2. Strong understanding of system resources.
  3. Proficiency in system development.
  4. Solid comprehension of system operations.
  5. Knowledge of both internal and external system environments.
  6. Understanding of fundamental activities and routines within the system.
Observation:
Even highly skilled system designers may struggle to meet these criteria fully. Therefore, an ideal system platform should be able to encapsulate, convey, and process invisible entities within system resources.

Observation:
The optical society promotes stability and generates optimal life history patterns among its inhabitants (system resources).
