5. Provide comprehensive timing and capital investment analysis.
6. Conduct self-analysis.
7. Detect self-development in environmental observation.
The optimal approach to infrastructure study involves researchers being familiar with the system background and capable of self-development within the observational environment. To achieve this, the observer must engage in self-assessment to eliminate bias and enhance self-awareness.

Researchers should minimize obsessions with scale factors such as religion, nationality, and racism, aiming to eliminate them.
