Observation Reliability Index based on Multiple-Criteria

The study of accuracy and precision in system analysis requires high-level integration in the system environment. An observation approach needs to fulfill the multi-criteria parameters of the system study. The observer is supposed to consider the following parameters: monitor the target, diagnose discrepancies between scenario status, predict and test environmental changes, measure ethics of evolution among global variables, provide comprehensive timing and capital investment, self-analysis, and the most indispensable factor is the detection of self-development in environmental observation. The optimal approach in infrastructure study is when the researchers might be familiar with the system background and self-development in the observational environment. The observer needs self-assessment to eliminate prejudice and increase self-awareness.

Observation:
Researchers should minimize scale obsessions (religion- nationality- racism) to zero-rate terms.
