Algorithmic Codes Undermine Customer Interaction Model

Global variables are crucial in improving customer interaction management, extending beyond their typical use in algorithmic coding. However, misconfiguration in these algorithms can adversely affect customer satisfaction, gradually erasing user trust. This shift in trust can disrupt system dynamics and introduce complexities throughout the platform. System designers must prioritize consistent functionality and transparency while optimizing return on total asset (ROTA) ratios to maintain efficient operation and user confidence.

Observation:
Implementing systematic control can facilitate the analysis of transparency issues and help identify critical factors needed for developing prognostic tests or conducting brainstorming sessions during maintenance. This approach enables system designers to contribute more effectively to improving customer retention and loyalty.
