Citizen Systems Can Face Potential Incompatibility

Global variables in non-biological systems are articulated and established without legal criteria, creating challenges for scientific perspectives on system development. Moreover, the low level of interoperability between global variables in the System Platform and virtue Universal Codes from the Conscious Component can lead to delusions and trust issues. This complexity and low availability in civil services can hinder the System Platform's performance. According to the system service manual, the citizen system may struggle to optimize internal citizen performance.
In the long term, the System Platform may be diagnosed with a paranoid disorder due to delusions in responding to system environments. Typical System Platforms with low virtue Universal Codes face a high risk of being eliminated in competitive markets. However, citizen systems (citizen organizations) are less likely to be eliminated due to deception issues. These organizations have an excellent opportunity to monopolize and protect system activities, giving the System Platform a unique potential to survive in the competitive world.
Citizen dissatisfaction and low service performance indicate deception issues. Most systems that interact and integrate with the deception system struggle with performance. Instances of interaction design patterns with the deception system include "loss of wealth" and "misery."

Observation:
The side effects of hidden costs and embedded unethical global variables can hamper optimal system activities. System owners often focus on economic performance, ignoring the aftermath of accumulating hidden costs.
