Centralized and Decentralized Control System Structures

The system owner is responsible for determining and selecting the optimal control system structure to ensure performance. Centralization and Decentralization are two control systems available within any System Platform. When the system owner transitions between centralized and decentralized models, invisible entities expand within the internal and external system environments.
Before encapsulating the selection of an optimal control system, the system owner must measure and anticipate the complexity among system elements and external environments. Incorrect assumptions in system analysis can lead to inappropriate control systems and operations. Implementing an unsuitable control system strategy can result in low performance and accountability. Additionally, system resources and external forces would require greater adaptability and interoperability when developing and interpreting the new design. There are numerous levels of control system strategies between centralization and Decentralization.

Observation:
The control system transformation aligns with a novel algorithmic framework applicable to internal and external environments.
