Systems Owners focus on harmonizing System Platforms through articulated
Optimal Global Variables, but specific Variables may hardly align with the
characteristics of Biological Systems. Therefore, Biological Systems would
exercise Suboptimal Codes beyond Global Variables in Social Contexts that may
modify Gender Instincts, a life cycle of gender socialization/ stereotyping, and
eventually, Decision-Making Models.
Women can confront gender inequality and social violation through
gender-based discrimination. They face abuse and unequal treatment in their
wider communities, so Social Complexity can challenge Systems Owners to subset Social
Norms through algorithmic codes behind Global Variables. The New Social Norms can
generate empathy and Gender equality within activities at work and in Social
Contexts.
Women might exercise masculine assignments and possess attitudes for
accomplishing specific tasks daily. As a side effect, wielding the New Social
Norms of women can modify the Preprogrammed Codes of Gender Instinct and
increase male gender norms among women.
This phenomenon causes women to make decisions more and less similar to
men. Partially, women feel the same way as men and allocate homogeneous algorithmic
codes of Male Gender Instinct.
Heterosexual women who exercise men’s model decision-making have difficulty
compromising with Men. Male gender norms within their Instinct Components can perpetuate
tendencies to encapsulate Bisexual Emotions in the Subconscious Component (without
having intimate sexual relationships with similar sex). Women can get stuck
in a particulate domain between the boundaries of Heterosexuality and Bisexuality.
Observation:
According to an observational study, these women may get satisfaction and
happiness to gain more attention from other women. They focus and compete on appearances/beauty
and need confirmation of their attractiveness from other women.
Observation:
Predictably, Systems Owners attempt to optimize Global Variables to
harmonize and improve various circumstances within Social Contexts in the
future; however, each modification in characteristics of Biological Systems can
generate complexity and side effects on the evolutionary path of life.
